God chooses to work through his people to bring His Kingdom to Earth. And to this end God entrusts His Kingdom Building work to His Leaders on Earth..
Yet before God can entrust much power and leadership to a Christian, like any good Father or Employer He must test us little by little to see if we can handle the pressure.. Lest He entrust us with too much power and it end up destroying us..
After all would a good Father give a 3 year old child a fully loaded machine gun and say go have fun I'll be back later to check on you?
Certainly not!.. That would be a very irresponsible Father who would do that...
Likewise God only gives us as much leadership, power and responsibility that we can handle.. And he gives us tests to see if we can handle such responsibility before giving us more...
And if we pass God's Tests and are faithful with the little He gives us, then He will indeed give us more in due time.. For it is the Fathers good pleasure to do so..
