The Apostolic Multiplication Mandate
The call to reach the world begins with a simple, yet profound rhythm of spiritual reproduction. For decades, Robert Coleman’s The Master Plan of Evangelism has been the gold standard for understanding how Jesus built a Movement, teaching us that multiplication – not addition – is the heart of the Gospel. The world doesn’t need more programs; it needs a Movement that actually lasts. We are currently in the architectural phase of this vision, adapting these timeless principles into the structural framework of the KingsCity 12×12™ growth model.
However, my research into organizational sustainability reveals a frustrating paradox: many of us study the principles of relational multiplication, yet remain trapped in the practice of high-effort, program-based ministry. Observations across diverse networks show that when ministry models require constant, manual presence to function, momentum inevitably stalls the moment that presence is removed.
Why the Current Model Struggles to Replicate
This “sustainability ceiling” exists because we are often attempting to run a Kingdom-multiplication model through a modern, corporate-management framework. It is possible to initiate, but it is exhausting to sustain.
To move past this cycle, I have released a new KingsCity Strategic Blueprint™ below. This isn’t just another program; it is a structural shift in how we learn to think and build together. By applying the timeless principles of The Master Plan of Evangelism to the challenges of the modern era, my hope is that we can move from “gathering a crowd” to “reproducing leaders.”

- The Hub-and-Spoke Visual Logic: An actionable diagram showing how the Founding Leader releases the “12×12” DNA so that every disciple can eventually become a new hub.
- Actionable Strategic Steps: Three specific tasks I am using to identify potential leaders in my own sphere, moving beyond periodic meetings toward life-on-life association.
I’ve compiled this with the aim of helping us move from theoretical study to practical execution in our God-given mission. I’ve intentionally set aside the complexities of traditional organisational management to focus on the core, relational elements that actually seem to grow a church.
